YWCA Empowerment Center assists families with children and individuals in both Clinton and Jackson Counties who are experiencing homelessness through our Rapid Rehousing program.

Rapid Rehousing is a program that offers financial and case management services to families who are experiencing homelessness. The goal of the program is to assist in obtaining safe, affordable, permanent housing while providing families with on-going case-management services to ensure long-term success.
You can apply for either program (Rapid Rehousing or Homelessness Prevention) online HERE, or pick up a paper application at YWCA Clinton’s front desk or any time in the entryway to our Empowerment Center (historic building entrance).
