The YWCA is well known in our community for being the “best place to work out". The YWCA offers more than 50 different fitness classes designed for all levels of fitness. Our Fitness Center and Cardio Room are very well-equipped with resistance training machines, stability balls, BOSUs, kettle bells, as well as a full line of treadmills, ellipticals, steppers and bikes giving our members the ability to create their own diverse workout. In addition, there is a huge assortment of free weights which are very popular with those training for competition or those who just prefer using them.
