Family-friendly event with free admission. Gates will open at 5pm with a short program at 5:30 PM with a reading of the proclamation and poetry. Funktastic 5 will begin at 6pm. There will be live music, a puppet show, coloring contest, and more! Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
